Elysian is an event space in Frogtown, Los Angeles run by Chef David Thorne. The outdoor space, which features the skeleton of an old warehouse, is filled with greenery and modern furniture. The indoor space is bright and colorful with accents of orange and green. We wanted to reflect these colors in the design of the website, while creating an overall sense of spaciousness in the layout. The homepage displays live weather updates as well as a random assortment of extraneous data (some of which showcases David’s dark sense of humor).
